Handling Time & Transit Time

Your order will go into the handling process when your payment is authorized and verified. The handling time may take between 3 and 5 business days, which depends on the product you purchase. 

Your parcel will be shipped out after the handling process is completed. It usually takes a few days to arrive to your door.

P.O Box and Military APO/FPO Shipping

We also ships to P.O boxes and military APO/FPO*, which usually takes up to 40-45 days to be delivered. We CANNOT update the shipping information after your package has entered the army area due to security reasons.

* Only available for P.O box or Military APO/FPO within the US.

VAT Taxes

For international orders, we don’t add any taxes to your shipping costs. However, once your package reaches your country, you might have to pay customs taxes or duty fees. 

These charges can differ from one country to another, so it’s a good idea to check with your local customs office to understand the possible extra costs.

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

We only ship orders to one address at a time. If you want to ship items to different places, you’ll need to make separate orders for each address.

Order in Queue

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will enter a 4-hour wait period before it’s processed for shipping. During this time, you’re free to modify your order—like adjusting the size, color, or quantity—or even cancel it if you change your mind. Please contact via [email protected]

How to Track My Order

After your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to track your package right to your doorstep! It might take 5 to 7 days for the delivery company to update your package in their system.

If your package hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, here’s what to do:

  • You’re in the US and chose Standard shipping, but it’s been more than 15 business days since it was shipped, get in touch with us.
  • You’re in the US, opted for Express shipping, and it’s been more than 7 business days without an update or it hasn’t arrived, please contact us.
  • Your order is international and hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks since shipping, reach out for help.

Note:

For international orders, how you’ll be notified (like through a letter, email, or call) about receiving your package and any customs fees depends on the country. The cost is based on your package’s total value and varies from country to country.

What if my order is late?

In case your order arrives later than expected, it’s important to note that the estimated delivery times provided including both the printing and shipping durations. While we strive to offer accurate estimates at the time of checkout, there are instances where certain orders may experience slight delays either during the printing process with our third-party printer or while in transit with the carrier.

If the estimated delivery date for your order has elapsed and your order has not yet arrived, we recommend waiting for a few additional days to allow for any potential delays in transit. Should your order still not arrive after this grace period, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for further assistance here.
